Please complete the attached Application Form or Download and complete the PDF enrollment form available on our website and then submit it to the academy via post, fax or scanned and attach to email.  A $250 security fee is required with your application.  Once your interview process has occurred and you have been accepted to attend the EarthSentials Beauty and Spa Training Academy you will then pay the balance of the deposit within 1 month, at least 14 days before commencement of the course.  If you cancel, then all monies taken, except the security fee of $250 will be refunded.

 

Once we have received your application form, we will arrange an interview during which we will discuss your chosen course of study and answer any questions that you might have.  At this interview, we will guide you through our Academy policies and procedure document.  All students who are under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at this interview. 

For Full Time students, a Deposit of $2700 is required to secure a placement in your course of choice. This deposit covers the cost of the Student’s Kit which includeds your Beauty fact file textbook, Uniforms, Towel kit, Facial and body kit, Manicure/pedicare kit.

Further payment plans and contracts will then finalised.  

Prior to the commencement of advertised full time courses, students are required to attend an orientation evening. 

During the first few weeks of the course, the student is given their uniform, name badge and relevant kits and learning materials.

NB:  It is important to note that our classes are limited in size and enrolments are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.  You are requested to lodge your enrolment with us as early as possible to ensure that you have a seat reserved in our upcoming intake (January 2009) and avoid disappointment.
